Kiroverse — Week 1
Opened Kiroverse, a 10-week program all about Kiro, with a talk on writing requirements before generating a single line of code.

Kiroverse is a 10-week program centered entirely on Kiro, and I had the privilege of speaking on its very first day.
My talk focused on a simple but important idea: requirements should be created first, before generating a single line of code. From there, I walked through Kiro's spec-driven development workflow and the features that support it — steering, hooks, and MCP — along with other capabilities like sub-agents, checkpointing, and the Kiro CLI.
The second session featured a live demonstration by David Gabriele, where we built Flappy Kiro from the ground up using spec-driven development.
This was my first time speaking with professionals in the audience. It was overwhelming, but ultimately a satisfying and genuinely great experience that I'll carry with me.
Thank you to the organizers, and to the Kiro ambassador, James Torzar, for giving me the opportunity to share Kiro's abilities.
